Our ability to provide architectural services is largely derived from the partnerships that we foster with our clients. We believe in customizing the work program for each project, while maintaining a hands-on approach throughout the design process, that involves architects, engineers, planners, designers and project managers. We can deliver a wide breadth of architectural services independently or as part of comprehensive program.

• Building and Interior Design
• Functional Programming
• Space Planning
• Accessibility Evaluation and Design
• Building Code Analysis
• Building Conditions Assessments
• Furniture Fixture and Equipment Planning

• Interior and Exterior Way Finding and Signage
• BIM Modelling and Construction Documents
• Computer Modelling and 3D Visualization
• Cost Estimating
• LEED Facilitation and Evaluation

Interior design

Our all inclusive, full service approach is indicative of the desire to create complete solutions. Interior design requires creative instinct and intelligence. Interior design requires knowledge in planning and functional design. Interior design reinforces a building’s architectural visions and results in spaces with purpose, that enhance one’s overall experience. Interior design effectively integrates materials, colour, lighting, data, communications, HVAC and furniture into a unified and complete solution. This is the hallmark of our interior design philosophy. Our process involves:

• Consultation and Programming
• Site measure and assessment
• Space planning and options analysis
• Design concept presentation and approval

  • Construction documents
  • Scheduling
  • Budgeting
  • Procurement
  • Contract administration

Master Planning / Feasibility Studies

We have assisted a number of clients with master planning to commence their projects, from initial consideration such as Project Scoping Analysis to Feasibility Studies and comprehensive Business Cases. Master Plans provide clients with the crucial information necessary to obtain project funding. The Master Planning process provides clients with the following key deliverables:

  • Programming – the identification of current and future programs and services to be accommodated within the project.
  • Development Options – suitable development strategies based on preferred site use potential, size and height for new facilities, predictable stages of development based on prioritizing needs, constructability analysis, and options for functional and operational building models.
  • Multi Year Financial Analysis – Capital Cost estimates, Facility Operating and Maintenance (O&M) cost estimates and Recapitalization Cost estimate.

Mechanical Engineering
